I hope you don’t mind if I declare A’s first birthday party a raging success. I couldn’t have done it without lots of help from my family of course. Hard to prep a house for 40 people when you have a little one running around!
We went with a music theme b/c A is obsessed with instruments and dancing. Seriously the kid can turn anything into a drum or guitar. With the help of my sister, we made the decorations. And I made him the xlophone cake!
My friend Dave was so sweet to bring his camera and captured some great moments! It was a good thing b/c except for snapping a few pictures in the beginning, I didn’t pull mine out at all! I think you will be able to tell the different b/n his and mine. But on the bring side, I got my good camera back so hopefully no more bad, flashy, blurry ones! But don’t hold me too that!
